I hope to achieve a few things by populating this section..

create a useful reference for myself
hopefully kids would one day refer to this (or some version of this) for all those recipes they thought they hated as a kid.. but now crave for as an adult - placing some stress on their wives (if women are still cooking then!)
immediate benefit of dinners being cooked by other members of the household (hint hint)
